Cell C Extremely Poor Performance!!

My Samsung Note 10 Lite died one evening. Took the phone into Cell C Greenstone as it's still under 1 year warranty. Store sent it in. Since then it has been almost 5 weeks and still don't have my phone back. Had comms with Cell C Repairs saying the phone went back to Greenstone last week and they were supposed to contact me. But clearly it's just not their job to escalate the matter to someone who can get people to do their jobs. I am now way past disappointed with Cell C and their service levels, not to mention their pathetic coverage. The coverage at my home (3x Cell C phones) have basically zero coverage. And although I complained about this, the ticket was just closed with absolutely no resolution!! But the signal in general in Gauteng is very bad! Once the terms of my 3x contracts are over, it's away from Cell C we go!!!!
