Cell C Extremely BAD

I was phoned by the call center at Cell C and offered an upgrade. I told her I am not interested at that stage. A month later while driving she phones again and is very persistant on an upgrade. I asked her about the OPPO or Honor phone and was told it's not available on my package and would cost a lot. She kept on forcing me to take a Huawei phone. I could not hear properly due to the network while driving. The phones arrived while I was NOT at home. On my arrival back I opened the phones and noticed that it is NOT what I wanted. I called cell c to collect the phoned but was told 7 days passed and I must keep the phones. I did write a review and was phoned by cell c. This is very interesting, when they wanted to upgrade me the person could hear me and the phone did not cut off. When I complained everytime they call either they let it ring for three times and put the phone down, or we talk for about a minute snd the phone cuts off. I wrote them sn email from my work email and got two or so calla on my work landlines, but these also cut off. It is now a month and the phones are still in their boxes. I have been a customer at Cell C for more than 10 years. After the shop in Shelly Beach closed down everything went south. I have always been promoting Cell C to everyone, but with this experience I had I can now see that Cell C is not worth it.
