Cell c ******ion.

My contract was coming to an end and I was called by one of their agents to find out what I would like to do with regards the contract. I indicated to them that I wished to discontinue using the service once the contract was finished, hey then told me that I had to contact their cancellations department at least a month before the end of the contract. This is not possible, every time I would call the call center the would say that they are going to put my call through to the complaints department only to be disconnected. After going that route several times without any success I was given a number to a supposed direct line, which of course did not work. All the time this is going on I had to deal with sarcasm, belligerence, mockery and then being factitious towards me and the worst one was the manager of the call center and one of the agents at the cell c shop that I had to drive 80km to get to to get thorough to the complaints department. Then after all that they tell me that because I have not cancelled in time they will be debuting me anther month which after further investigation has turned into two months. Surely they are not that desperate that they have to resort to ******ion.
