Cell C ******ion?
So, further to my post on 10th March 2021, Cell C finally cancelled my expired contract. Despite numerous emails from December 2020, they only responded this month because of my posting here (thank you Hellopeter)
Now they still want me to pay for the last month as they claim that I only cancelled it this month. Once again they ignore my emails. Cell C - I don't have time for your ******ive modus operandi, and please, just try to blacklist me. My attorneys are ready and waiting.

You are billed in arrears, your contract was cancelled on the 03/03/2021 and on the 01/03/2021 you were loaded with the monthly benefits therefore your last bill would be end of this month.

18 Mar 2021, 15:50I gave email notice of cancellation in December 2020, and every month thereafter. Every email was assigned a reference number. Last time I complained on Hellopeter I was called and was given the email ***. Not even a response from that one. What a waste of time. Credit the charge and STOP MESSING ME AROUND.
