Cell C extends contract without my authorisation

At my wits end. Got three contracts with Cell c and the last one is paid up at month end however Cell C generated an extension without my authority and now claims my last contract expires only in January 2023. Have spend days on end over several months being passed from one clueless agent to the next and having to go through the same security checks each time I get dumped down to another agent. Is there anyone still working for a salary at cell c as an agent working for sales bonus is not interested to solve this.
