Cell C Exploits Customers
Cell C exploits their customers. On a month to month contract I had to cancel on the 1st February (1 month notice) ending 1st March 2024 (last payment)...well, to my surprise I was informed that my last payment would be 1st April 2024..it doesn't make sense for a month to month contract that's been canceled a month in advance. Requested to speak to their manager, to date no one has called me. Don't ever take any contract with Cell C...biggest mistake of my life ever

06 Feb 2024, 12:45Take note, that the last and fina payment for the WiFi will be 01 March 2024. I refuse to pay for a service that I am NOT utilizing thereafter. I'll be waiting with urgency for a Manager to get back to me with clear and precise communication.
