Cell C expects you to pay even if they dont delive

Hi Peters<br> <br> So here is my story. took contract on december. <br> the phone arrived around the 19th of the month. <br> phone broke down on the 25th x-mas.<br> cell c could not gaurentee a working replacement.<br> so they assisted and cancelled my contract<br> so to ensure i do not get billed for the month of jan i called at billing to enquire and lo and behold , i am being billed for jan.<br> i do not even have a credit score on my profile with cell c any more. so i could not take out another contract at overport city branch in durban. <br> please can some one assist in crediting me for january as the contract was cancelled and i did not use any premium services not could i do so.<br> <br> if skhumbuzo can call me on my cell please. he was a great help last time<br> <br> zayd
