Cell C excels at bad service and claiming Monies they are not entitled to... ****** to the core

Cell C Fibre does not even deserve the 1 star which is the lowest rating here. i have had bad service with Cell C fibre from last year June. I requested to cancel my contract in June, they delayed and only cancelled the contract in August. So for Two months they debited me when they shouldnt have, i was so fed up with Cell C that i didnt even mind the incorrect charge on my account, i just wanted an end to the contract. Two months after the contract ended i receive a call from some lawyers (VVM) claiming that cell c had handed over my account. My last statement from Cell C shows that i have no outstanding amount owed to Cell C, and Cell C had made no contact with me Beyond august to reclaim the amount they believe i owe them. I have been dealing with Melinda Dlamini who also is of no help as she fails to provide me with the dates they claim to have debited my account and the debit order was returned so that i can send her my bank statement that shows i have no returned debit orders. Cell C has unduely listed me as being in arrears with them when they havent followed the steps stipulated by the credit act before listing me, they havent written to me, they havent contacted me, they havent attempted to collect from me, they were just eager to hand my debt over for no apparent reason.

I have sent them my contract which shows that according to the terms of that contract i dont owe them a cancelation fee, i have also given them my statement from them in August that shows i didnt owe anything when the account was cancelled, and gave them an email confirming my account was canceled which i received before the statement showing i dont owe them. In response Melinda gave me a response that has no facts, does not show me where my contract states that i am liable for a cancellation fee, and fails to give me dates when they tried to debit me so i can prove that is a lie, cell c didnt make an effort to make me aware of this amount but the just handed me over, showing neglegence on their part.
