Cell C “excells” in assisting customer who was *****ed

Someone opened two new contracts on my name with Cell C. I reported it immediately. The Tyger valley branch manager says it looks like an inside job, but no action has been taken. I reported it the police but in the mean time Cell C is dragging its feet and I am paying for two other people using phones with me footing the bil.
