Cell C Excellency - Sameer

Hi

I would just like to give mention to one of Cell C's most valuable staff member in their overport mall branch. Sameer has assisted me countless times at the store but he has also assisted me via whatsapp and the telephone too. I may have a request and selfishly I send him a message, and he is always ready to assist. He responds in a matter of seconds and I am left happy. There was never a time when I was told that he cannot assist or that I must phone Cell C call center.

I feel with all the negative reviews taking center stage, it would be nice to shine some light on the actual staff that provide excellent service.

If there is a rewards and recognition program, I would like to nominate Sameer for his outstanding values, that being, integrity and accountability.
