Cell C escalations
I received this sms with regards to an escalation I raised via Hello Peter...
We have received your query and will attend to it shortly. Your reference no is: ***. An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved. Cell C
The escalations department contacted me on Tuesday 14 Sept but I was busy driving and asked that they call me back the following day. I have not yet received a call back. I tried contacting then via 140 but was unable to do so.
My previous request was to chat to a manager in the credit department so that I can get clarity on my situation.
