Cell c Ermelo

I went into cellc Ermelo during the course of last week to open a contract , I did not receive the service I expected to receive from such a corporate company ...they did not follow up with me , giving me no feedback on the progress of my contract at all , I had to , as the customer at my own expense visit the store multiple times only to hear the same old story .

The staff are LAZY, they are I'm discussions around the store omongst themselves , when they assist you they don't even sit at the help desk along with you but rather hang around the various parts of the store and speak and joke with each other . One thing that really got to me was the slang language they used on the phone when I decided to give them a call , after realising they were just not going to budge and give me feedback ...to me that is not professional at all ! Today I was promised a call back from one of the consultants, which again just never happened , I in fact am still waiting for that call .

Honesty Cell c Ermelo's service is absolutely TERRIBLE ! And the staff is highly unprofessional and lazy !

My experience with cellc Ermelo has definitely not been a good one at all .
