Cell C epic failure

We had contracts with Cell C. Aftyer my husband was retrenched we attempted to come to an agreement to pay off the contracts and use pay as you go until it was done. On Friday I received a "Final" warning from Cell C threatening to take us off the network. I don't know how it could be final as we seem to have missed the prior notices which is weird as we keep get heaps of messages about special data deals etc. We will pay, we just need to get back to a position where both of us are working. I really expected better
