Cell C end of contract billed for full month not pro-rata as per their call center agent

Still after 4 months on waiting on CellC to correct my statement. They have already reported me for non payment and it is listed on my credit record. This after many attempts to phone them to fix this. They are unable to follow through with issues reported often leaving it open ended. They have also shared my information with 3rd parties before even contacting me.
