CELL C - Empty promises & *********** staff

Last Wednesday, my Gran placed an order with your company under the condition that it be delivered by Friday or Monday. The sales agent assured us it would arrive no later than Monday. On Friday, we followed up, and another agent which told me no such arrangements have been made and no iphone was dispatched, she then after much debate confirmed Monday delivery after speaking with the dispatch department. It became apparent the sales agent had misled us to secure the sale. Today, we anticipated the delivery only to learn that my son, her grandson, won't receive his birthday gift on time. After contacting a supervisor, we were assured it would be dispatched for delivery today, This was at past 8 am, and there's been no progress. I called again, and once more, we're told it won't be dispatched for another three days. This string of broken promises is unacceptable. We're paying R1400 per month for this phone, and this level of service is not what we agreed upon. Please address this issue immediately. Rest assured, if not resolved promptly, I will escalate this matter further.
