Cell C EMPTY PROMISES

you are pathetic ***** ,I'm still awaiting a response and a call from Cell C regarding my query .shows me the caliber of the company and staff in it . I submitted a review earlier in the week regarding the call centre agent that was so rude and ,you said you will be looking into the matter ,I'm still waiting .I will write reviews until you attend to me I'm your customer and you will attend my queries the law states that if I complain I need to be attended to .or this company doesn't believe in customer service
