CELL C EMPTY PROMISES

I am beyond annoyed I upgraded to a top up in June for R79.00 per month this has just never happened even through I am been billed for it, have sent and called so many times end each time they tell me it is resolved. which is isn't. now I get a message at 17:19 that I have been upgraded to a Pinnacle 100. I never asked for this and ******* upgrade.....seems I may have to get attorneys involved upgrading *******...can someone suggest who I talk to have all my mail history and times of calls. I have asked them on numerous occasion to get the recording from June. Can some please call me that knows what they are doing
