Cell C empty promises

In March I decided to change my Top up number with Cell C to a contract as I needed a phone with International Roaming for travelling overseas. I was in luck as certain Cell C phones also come with WiFi-Calling, one of which I was offered. I was informed that I could activate International Roaming immediately by phoning the contact center and that Wifi-calling was activated. I bought a handset recommended by the shop assistant, signed the contract and left a few hours later for overseas. Once overseas I tried WiFi-calling: no luck. Then activating International Roaming: no luck. After many calls (at my expenses through a locally bought phone and sim) and a lot of frustrating emails with generic answers I was told that only after 6 months of debit order International Roaming could be activated. Thank you very much! I contacted the shop (Cell C George Mall) and again after a few moaning mails I was send a International Roaming Disclaimer (??? Why ??? International Roaming is included in my contract. Isn't it???). In the meantime I found out that my handset is not activated for WiFi-calling. "Don't worry sir because it should to be activated as from the first of May.....". Thank you very much but that is still a month of no-use of a phone that I am paying for! We are now 3 weeks later and still no apology, offering solutions or any sign of any activation or effort from Cell C to solve this. I am going back to writing another mail asking why.......... and waiting in anticipation to receive another generic answer from Cell C on the above.......
