Cell C employee's are a *****

I logged a case with cell c a week ago, they said their turn around time is 48 hour, which is not true. Now when I called in they tell me the case has been resolved which I don't think it is, no 1 notified me. The service is all bad. Please could someone contact me urgently to resolve this matter before I take legal action against cell c for negligent and employing ********** to work for them. What I believe is that their employees are calling in and acting like a customer.
