Cell C employee's are a *****

I recently found out that 1 of the employee's from a Cell C branch used my banking details to debit their contract without my permission. I then contacted the Cell C customer service number and the consultant advised that I send my banking details, ID and affidavid, which I did. But to my surprise no one has gotten back to me. The service from Cell C is disgusting and it seems like they employ ********** people and let them get away. I am going to open a charge against Cell C for ********ly debiting my bank account and for the time I am wasting to get this sorted out.

This is becoming very frustrating, after sending through the documentation asked for on the 09/05/2018 I have received no response from Cell C. I phone the customer service center numerous of times and each time they say they will get back to me and no1 does. As for the area manager she advised she is unavailable to help. Cell C is becoming a problem and is wasting my time and is proving that they are employing staff that do wrong dealings.
