Cell C Employee Ignoring my Emails

Hi Cell C! ME AGAIN!! Still waiting on Mr Derrick Makhubele to answer my emails I have sent 18/12/2014, 29/12/2014, and 17/01/2015 which he is happily choosing to ignore. I want to know where my money is?! And please dont send me one more of your useless invoices. I want a detailed statement showing me why you are refunding me half of what you actually owe me!! Seems like no one at Cell C is able to do maths. And since I have asked for a detailed statement, everyone has gone into hiding!! Well that does not seem ***** at all! So please get the statement ready BEFORE you phone me again!!
