Cell C employee - excellent!

Cell C Store V&A Waterfront:

I happen to drop in at Cell C V&A Waterfront out of pure frustration - not expecting any resolve to my problem.

I did a mobile upgrade through the call centre and waited over a month for any response. I was on the verge of cancelling my Cell C contract.

Melanie at the Cell C store in the V&A went above and beyond even trying and following up with the call centre.

The only reason I stayed on as a Cell C customer was due to Melanie’s excellent service!
