Cell c embarrasses the elderly in store

Im going to drop this here, we had the same issue, heres our story: Cell C is disgraceful! I will NEVER EVER allow anyone in my family to ever bring this **** into my house. Ive been a loyal client since 2008. But you showed your true colours. You openly discriminate against old people! YES YOU DO! And i am sick and tired of your attitude towards old people! My grandmother (she is 80 with Alzheimer’s)needed a sim swap urgently. As her old nokia phone broke and the sim card was so badly cut years ago it did not fit into the new phone. So I bought a new sim a called your call centre, whom refused to assist further because my elderly grandmother cannot remember the last numbers dailed. You told me to bring my elderly 80year old grandmother to your store during lockdown! So we take the risk because she is 80years of age she has a high risk of getting covid19, when i got her to your store at the grove mall we took along her id, proof of residence the broken phone the old sim card and YOU STILL refused to assist because she cant remember! Your a disgrace!!! You embarrassed her in front of clients! Infront of staff. Is this how you treat your clients?? You should be ashamed!!!!! I will be sure to take this up to the highest level and im also taking this to the media!!
