Cell C *****

Worst client service ever.

Someone upgraded my account without my permission. Reported in-store, email and called client services. Opened a ***** case with SAPS and Cell C. Now each time I call or visit the store they say they will escalate it for me. It has now been 20 days and no one has answers. Client service tells me to go in-store and Cell C store tells me to phone client service and speak to the ***** department.
