Cell C

I apply a month ago for a Iphone 12 pro max Cell C told us that it will be deliver in 3 to 7 working days. 3 weeks past no phone arrive and everytime they said, sorry for the inconveniece but we do not have stock. On the 19 October 2021 Terephina Mathbatha phoned me and told me the Iphone12 Pro max is still out of stock but they have the Iphone 13 pro max and the iphone pro is in stock, we can cboose which ome we want, we proceed with the i phone 13 pro max, the contract was done and delivery will be in 3 to 7 days. Today it is the 8th day and still no phone is deliver. We phone again today and speak to 10 different people and they tell us again the phone is out of stock and Khanzani Chauke told me there is NO teamleader or manager that can help us. The service of Cell C is up to NO good.
