Cell C
I have a contract renewal with Cell C which is not on their system they have no proof of my Contract taken out on 18/11/20. This contract was done telephonically which looks like a FALSE CONTRACT this is scary. Even the Cell C local shop was horrified they couldn't believe it. Try talking to their customer service they only see what's on their computer cannot broaden their minds. So we are being sold FALSE CONTRACTS. I have the proof and probably won't hear from Cell C.

16 Feb 2021, 05:48Cell Social Media contacted me on the 4th Feb about my contract I even emailed the contract to them showing them that it was legal. Well till today haven't heard a word from Cell C. There seems to be some dishonesty. I would recommend that people must be very careful dealing with Cell C. An ********* dishonest organization.

16 Feb 2021, 10:18Yes I cancelled my contract because you couldn't honour my original contract that was taken out on the 18th Nov telephonically and Cell C don't want to accept the responsibility. Your office told me that I didn't have a contract which I emailed to Social Media dept as proof. So it's convenient to say I cancelled my contract and not accept responsibility that I was sold a false contract. Out of courtesy I would have thought Cell C would rectify the issue.
