Cell C
My contract with Cell C is R249 per month but the monthly statement is never R249 per month.
Cell C promised Credits a year ago and never sent a full statement from effective date of account to show the amendments after numerous queries and many hours of phone calls.
Why is it always an issue to get this company to do things right? Sales does one thing and accounts another. There is just no communication.
I am so tired of this Cell C incompetency.
