Cell C Dupes people into contracts without their knowledge

Cell C is the worst provider. Firstly my account was sent to debt collectors and i was not even informed of this. I was given fiber for 3 months on a trial usage and advised that they will be in contact before 3 months ends to find out if i want to continue using their product, however, that never happened. They went ahead an activated the account without my knowledge. Every time i call the call center in the past week, i get different information from the consultant and yet no one knows how this account was activated. I called and had my details read out back to me last week, which were correct details. This weeks i called again and i was advised that they didn't have my correct contact details and that's why they didn't contact me, however, I've received calls on my cell phone with product offering from them as well as subscriptions emails. They've never sent me statements nor cut off their fiber to indicate that payment was not made, I've only now been told the account was activated without my approval. This was all a trap to get people to take their products so they can capitalise on them. I've also sent emails to them to try and resolve this and still waiting for feedback. Cell C dupes people into taking their contracts and come up with stupid excuses to keep them in. I never signed for the contract, i was never contacted to check if i will continue with their product and they went ahead without my approval to do so. I want this matter resolved ASAP because this is not good business practice and definitely will never take any of their products. Their stupid decision to force people into their contracts is now affecting my credit score.
