Cell C - dual payment system for the same service.
How can Cell C debit personal airtime when I do have their WhatsApp bundle and make and receive WhatsApp calls? Is that not regarded as a dual deduction for the same service?

However, WhatsApp voice and video calls use standard data rates when they fall outside the bundle’s allocation or when the bundle was not active at the time of use.

Option 99 – More
Option 9 – My Account
Option 4 – Out-of-Bundle Spend Control (set your limit)
This will stop your airtime from being used whenever your data gets depleted.
