Cell C drops the ball AGAIN

Over a week of the cell c bad communication. Cell C disconnected a line without connecting with client. Accounts paid up and a student left stranded because Cell C discontinued a line without notification. Could not contact Cell C over the weekend. They say they have tried to make contact but the calls to my number is either dropped or put down before connection. Very frustrated.
