Cell C dropping phone in customers ears!!!

I have been trying to enquire about cancelling my contract. Two seperate call center agents Blatantly just put the phone down in my ear. On the other hand, they call me almost daily to urge me to upgrade!!?????

I will not be upgrading!!!!

Your service is pathetic! Even Government departments give a better service

I am so disappointed!!!!!! Its been two weeks and After all the promises that were made. Nothing has come to life. Instead I had Emmanuel treating me as if I’m a stupid idiot for believing all the wonderful “empty” promises made by the very friendly social media guy that called me. And still my business phone does not ring. CAN YOU JUST MAKE MY LINE AVAILABLE, SO THAT I CAN PORT!!!!!!
