Cell C Dropped/hung up my call

What an appalling customer service. I called in to get clarity on the billing, in my opinion which was ridiculous as it was going up every month on a top up contract. When I ask follow up questions to fully understand, the agent hang up on me because she wanted to answer them her way, how rude. Not cool Hle from Cell C.
