Cell C driver, fails to indicate and stop, turns into my vehicle

<p>A cell C driver drove into me and my son last week Friday.</p> <p>The driver failed to indicate or stop.</p> <p>I had my 4 year son in the car on the way to school in the morning as well as my new puppy that had to go for her second injection.</p> <p>My son was supposed to be bakerman, which he was very excited for.</p> <p>His baked goodies flew all over the car.</p> <p>He bumped his head very hard, and was traumatised after the event.</p> <p>The driver was immediately very appologetic, but Cell C not.</p> <p>Head office phoned me the evening claiming they heard of the light 'buper bender'.</p> <p>This infuriated me greatly, as my entire life was in that car, and it was not ligt at all.</p> <p>The passenger door on the drivers side of the car could not even open.</p> <p>I have sent various emails, phoned many people and my car is stil standing at my insurance company with no one from their insurance phoning me.</p> <p>I am a single mother, and that vehicle is my only mode of transportation.</p> <p>It has a massive impact on me, my son and my work.</p> <p>I have no propper case number.</p> <p>I am fearing for the time it will take to repair my vehicle at this rate.</p> <p>It has been a week already and absolutely no progress has been made regarding my best efforts.</p> <p>This is costing me a lot of time and money.</p>
