Cell c drag feet to give long standing clients an upgrade they qualify for!!!!!!

Since before lockdown we where informed we coukd upgrade. Once lockdown went to level ine we have been stuffed around and been sent from one place to the next and one person to the next all promising to get back to us and they never do. Or we where told to wait three months. I see in my prifile Incan upgrade today. So i go in to savanah mall call c and once again am told to await a call. A lady named Rosie from mall of the north in polokwane assured me ai will be able to finally upgrade and that she will call me. Its been more than two weeks now and nothing. So i call and there is vkicemail on cell c mall of the norths number. This is terrible business etiquette!!!!!!!!! I also checked on my account and it informs me I am allowed to upgrade today so I go in, once again and am told to await a call. Usualy we upgrade and go on about life. We have been excellent customers of cell c for years and that can be verified if checked on. Please rectify this urgently!
