Cell C Downgrade instead of Upgrade

I upgraded my phone(blackberry) in December 2014 at Game Canal Walk, but just one week later I had to take the phone back in as it was not reading the sim.At Game I was told to rather take it to the Cell C shop opposite them as I would otherwise have to wait much longer for the phone.I waited over a month! When I finally got my phone in February i was told that it was a brand new phone as they could not fix my phone,yet none of the applications were working, I could not open any msgs or make a call. I then took it back to Cell C, who told me I would have to wait another month for the phone,When i asked whether I could have a replacement or swop the phone for another I was told I would need to go to Game,which I did. Game then told me that they could not assist anymore because I took the phone to Cell C and I do cannot get a replacement phone.Three months after my upgrade, I still have no phone, I pay for BB services which I am not using and the free BB services I do get, I also cannot use. In the meantime I must just patiently wait and hope my phone works after being without it the whole time!If I had known this, I would not have upgraded.Thank you Cell C for nothing!
