CELL C DOWN THE TUBES
I have been a customer with cell c for the last 10 years. For the past 2 upgrades i have been under debt review and have upgraded with no problem (my debt review allows me to do this). Now apparently they dont allow this anymore. They never notified any customers of this change. Worst of all is that ALL OTHER NETWORK COMPANIES allow upgrades under debt review. There for i will be cancelling ALL 4 my contracts and both my husbands contracts as well. Cell c has gone down the tubes. And i will tell everyone about this

This is not a new policy, as we've have never allowed accounts to be activated whilst being under debit review. This goes for upgrades as well.
