Cell C down in the dumps

So on Saturday morning I was contacted by one of the social media department personal. I was informed that I should go buy a cell C prepaid sim card and by Wednesday(because the gentleman that would do it is not in) they will contact me by 9 am local time. It's 10 minutes past 2 the afternoon and still no one has phoned. I decided to contact the call centre to assist me. Katlego assisted me by saying I should go to the store. I'm so sick and tired of Cell C and having to post publicly on how bad their quality of service is. I await a normal automated response from you guys to say you're sorry and will be in contact with you.
