Cell C double the trouble, double upgrades
I have to two contracts with Cell C. Both of them were due for an upgrade and I have decided I should keep one since times are hard. Now I upgraded one and requested that the other one be cancelled. they were running a special of 2X A23 Sumsung for the price of one. Out of the blue I get a call from the courier to deliver two phones at work and then within an hour I get another call for delivery of two phones at work. I have sent them about 3 emails now and they are not responding to me in terms of solving the problem. I am sitting now with 4 identical phones instead of 4. I think their plan is to first bill me so I can pay for all four. Yet I have called (they make you hold forever) hence I emailed them, but nothing is being done. Still have the extra two phones sealed untouched. Bad Service Cell C.
its exactly more that a month ago that cell c has collected the 2 phones I requested for a cancellation for. On the 07th I received a statement, they are charging me an arm and a leg for the phones they collected on the 05th of October. When I call they say they still want to confirm if these phones were returned. I mean how does that work, just the other day, someone called me to confirm the WAYBILL number for the collection. I phoned still even today and they are still escalating this issue ***.
