Cell C double payment
Ok I got paid early this month so I decided to pay everything up front. But one debit order still went off yesterday although I got an email from Cell C saying that they did receive the payment. I just want them to reverse the debit order because I already paid my bill, they are very slow to respond. Maybe this will get their attention.

That's clearly not the problem, no one is doing their job. I still haven't received my refund nor did your guys bother to update me on the situation. You know what that's it if I don't receive a text from my bank in the next 10 minutes showing the funds back in my account, then you guys can talk to my lawyers. And get my name right, Rigardt Nel ok not Deon 😡
