Cell C double deducting ******* and *****

2 month in a row they double deducted my account. The first month they messed up my account paid me my money only after I had to call numerous times...however they never said sorry nor refunded any bank charges I incurred. Second month the same and after showing all the evidence of THEIR error was told they'll get back to me in 48 hours...its now been 4 days and still no money and no call... They are ******* earning interest off my money in their bank account and ***** who can't even keep track of time...
