Cell C dose'nt want to pay me back my refund

Waiting for My refund I had a 24months contract with Cell C, and halfway through the contract I decided to terminate the contract and move to a prepaid option.

in May I paid the cancellation fee of R2554.89 which was the balance that was remaining on the contract as per the May 2018 statement. I contacted the contracts department and requested an immediate cancellation. I was told that in need to wait until end of the month so Cell C can finalize the billing and determine what is still owing on my account and also to give 30 days notice.

on 1 June I contacted Cell C again on 1 June and gave in a 30 day cancellation notice and I was told if I pay the outstanding balance of R 427.00 I can request an immediate cancellation and that my line will be converted to a prepaid line.

2 Days later I contacted cell C to check if my payment of R427.00 is reflecting and if I can now get the line cancelled. fortunately the payment was reflecting and the line was terminated and converted to prepaid line.

on 6 July 2018 I received a statement which reflected a credit balance of R 319.00 (money owed to me). I contacted Cell C and requested the money to be refunded back into my account. 4 days later I received a call form a consultant requesting me to send the proof of payment to the ********** email and told me as soon as they received the email they will escalate to the billing department and process my refund.

After complaining on Hello peter on 19 July, I receive a call from Thabisile who said my refund was processed on 18 July? why have I not received anything till today. please can I have proof of payment.

can someone please tell me where my money is?
