Cell C don't want you to cancel your contract.

The second time I want to cancel a contract and again worst service ever! I wont recommend anybody ever taking out a contract as you can't cancel it. I wanted to cancel my contract as it ends end of the month, but they keep on telling me I don't pass security questions. I got married and I don't know what surname they have on the system. I think I know my ID number and my personal details. I requested to speak to a Supervisor, but got refused. I don't think they want you to cancel your account as they lose customers.
