cell c dont want to refund me for the voucher

I have recharged my cell phone with 300.00 at the ATM however I did not get my airtime on to my phone .i have logged a report of this incident but the only response I get is a reference number and not a solution and this happened on Thursday as far memory serves me so I am very unhappy with this
