Cell c don't keep their promises

Cell c the network provider has owed me a R500 since 2018 and haven't credited that amount to me yet, I asked one of the Cell c call centre consultant to put the money they owe me right into my cellphone contract that was last month October to put it for now November and I saw the wasn't done because my amount is still the same.
