Cell C don't keep their promises.

True to Cell C nature. I had a complaint and an issue with they sales team selling me something that turned out to be a lie and after a lot of struggling, we agreed that the contracts would both be cancelled and

1. That Cell C will confirm in writing that both contracts have been cancelled. 2. That Cell C will confirm when, where and how they will collect the cell phone and internet router that was sent to me.

I have given Cell C three days now and nothing happened. 1. No confirmation in writing that the contracts will be cancelled. 2. No arrangement to collect the devices, even though I have repackaged them and they are waiting for collection.

Cell C - I have been a loyal customer for more than 10 years now and this is how you treat me? This is seriously bad. As soon as this issue has been resolved, I will port my number to another service provider and will wipe the Cell C dust from my feet.

I cannot believe that in a tough market like we are experiencing now that you will not do your level best to retain loyal customers.
