cell c dont honour their contracts

i recently upgraded my contract and after 3 months my fone stopd charging, 3 weeks after sending it for repairs and no communincation from cell c, i found out that the fone is beyond repair and according to cell c no longer in production which is a complete lie becuase vodacom is still offering the exact same fone <br> <br> cell c are not willing to recplace the fone with simillar samsung, they now want me to cancell my contract because THEY cannot honour it !!!
