Cell c don’t care

Cellc customer care can’t help me with my data card sim swap, I have to go to the branch for sim swap but the contract was done online and can be fixed online . I am paying for sim every month that am not using coz there no coverage in my area I app**** for sim and router but router was not sent it’s been a year now . I have queried this
