Cell c dont care about their customers

I've been a cell c customer for many years, last week i went for a phone upgrade, instead of upgrading my package, they down graded my package. currently i cant load air time or data, i spend on average over R1000 per month on airtime and data for business, now i cant phone my staff and clients or do my mail. when i contact them, they are reluctant to assist and send me from pillar to post without resolving my issue. it will be easier just to go to another phone company and spend my money on their service than to struggle with cell c.
