Cell C don't care

Since beginning of February I've asked cell c to cancel the additional contract under my name I opened a Cases logged but its still active. I've been told by agents that the acc will be cancelled but nothing until today. I'm expected to pay for something I didn't sign up for and no one has even the slightest interest to call me back or even sort out the issue. I want my money back . cell c service is bad
