CELL C DONT CARE
As per our agreement. I deposited R200 for the excess fee on Wednesday. I phoned the repair department to check the progress of the phone only to find out that they have not received confirmation from C Surance. I still stand by my words " TO QUIET TO REPLY NOT QUICK TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM "

05 Aug 2019, 10:28As another unsatisfied customer of Cell C. I have not been contacted by them. My phone is still not fixed and its been over a month. Cell C is the worst when it comes to delivering customer sevice.
